2、 Product Overview

The KD-10 portable flue gas pretreatment system adopts a high-power compressor cooler, which can quickly condense and remove the moisture in the flue gas, minimizing the impact of moisture on the flue gas detection results. It mainly includes flue gas particle filtration, integrated heating smoke gun and tracing tube, condensing tube, drainage pump, etc. It is easy to operate and widely used, especially suitable for portable sampling of flue gas under high humidity.

7、 Operating instructions

Connect the heating gun to the main unit as shown in the above diagram, connect the power cord to the main unit and turn on the power. Turn on the power switch to preheat the instrument; Connect the gas analyzer to the host and wait for the temperature to reach the set value before inserting the heating gun into the flue. Turn on the gas analyzer and wait for the data to stabilize before measuring normally.

After the measurement is completed, please do not stop the machine immediately. The heating gun should be pulled out of the flue and evacuated for about 2 minutes to discharge the high humidity gas and condensed water in the pipeline.

8、 General operation

◆Modify the set temperature: Press the "Set" button once to enter the control temperature setting interface, press "▲" or "▼" to change the set value, long press the "▲" or "▼" button to quickly change the set value, then press the "Set" button again to save and exit.

◆Replace pump tube: Lift the upper cover fixing buckle, open the upper cover of the peristaltic pump to one side, unscrew the fixing screws of the lower cover, remove the lower cover of the peristaltic pump, pull the pump tube out of the peristaltic pump joint, remove the two pump tube fixing rings and fit them on the new pump tube, and then reassemble the peristaltic pump in reverse order.

◆Pipeline extension: Unscrew the waterproof cover of the heating gun, remove the pre filter with a wrench, install the pipeline extension rod and tighten it, then install the waterproof cover in place and tighten it.

9、 Special operations

◆Thermostat standby: Press and hold the "RST" button for more than 3 seconds in normal mode to switch the thermostat to standby mode. Press the "RST" button once in standby mode to switch the thermostat to normal mode.

10、 Precautions

◆Please keep the host level as much as possible during operation, and the tilt angle should not exceed 10 degrees.

◆Non professionals are not allowed to open the host.

◆Please ensure that the power supply is properly grounded.

◆Temperature controller alarm: When the temperature controller alarms, press "RST" to turn off the alarm.

◆The surface temperature of the heating gun is relatively high, please take high temperature protection measures during operation.

◆Do not place the heating gun in gas above 180 ℃.

◆Do not fold or squeeze the heat tracing hose excessively.

◆Regularly check the peristaltic pump tube, and replace the pump tube promptly if there is abnormal drainage.

◆The power indicator light is on and the thermostat is not displaying. Please check if the thermostat has entered standby mode.

◆The power indicator light is not on. Please check the power supply line and fuse of the host. If there is any damage, please replace them in a timely manner.
